Not My House

This isn't my house but it's just about 30 miles from my own home in Alabama.
My house doesn't look anything like this, just so you know!

Thanks for the cup of tea...and that is a great photo. Glad it's not your home, would be windy and cold. Happy Thanksgiving! :)

I used to live down south and I remember seeing houses like this alongside the road,it is kinda sad, to think this was someone's home once. . .

I really "felt" your photo today, which is the highest praise I think you can give. A good photo should make you feel and think!

Congrats on blogging for 30 days straight as well, I didn't know about it until after it started, but I don't know if I could have done it anyway. I LOVE your site and am so glad I have found you through WW!

Please check out my WW post for today at:

That photo looks a bit like the first house we owned. We were only in our mid 20's with three little kids and we thought it was awesome. Of course we had to remodel it, totally, but it turned out to be a cute little house and I loved it. Congrats on your month of posting. Have a very happy Thanksgiving!

Hello.
I always feel sad whenever I see old, abandoned houses. I wonder if the owner is going to leave it to rot and if they have other plans for it.
